Technical Issues on Our Side: If the service cannot be activated due to a fault directly caused by STOX IPTV (not device, internet, or third-party issues).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The service is working but does not meet your expectations.
You face issues caused by your own device, internet speed, or incompatible hardware/software.
Channels are removed, changed, or temporarily unavailable (as availability may vary over time).
You request a refund after using the service for more than 24 hours from activation.
4. Subscription Renewals
All subscriptions are charged in advance.
It is your responsibility to cancel renewals before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.
Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
